Who operates this site

Mosasaur Labs, operated by Michael Gager, provides the Mosasaur website and optional newsletter. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@mosasaurlabs.com.

Optional newsletter

The signup form asks for your email address so Mosasaur Labs can send release news, new sound banks and occasional tips. Signing up is optional; downloading or using Mosasaur does not require an email address. The form is provided by Kit, which processes subscriber information for newsletter delivery and administration. See Kit’s Privacy Policy.

You can unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails or contact Mosasaur Labs to request removal.

Optional Google Analytics

If you select “Accept analytics,” this website loads Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, scrolls, outbound links and download-link clicks. Google processes browser and device information, approximate location information and activity on this website; analytics cookies help distinguish browsers and sessions. This does not tell us your name or prove that a download completed or that the software was installed.

If you decline or make no choice, our Google Analytics tag does not load. You can change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future collection from this browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data already sent to Google. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Our analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day expiry. Cookie blocking, private browsing and different devices can affect visitor counts.

Advertising consent stays denied, and Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the website tag. Automated form-interaction and site-search measurement are disabled in the web stream. No form contents, email addresses or support-report text are intentionally sent by our integration. Support messages

If you email Mosasaur Labs, the information you send—including your email address and any voluntarily supplied problem details—is used to respond and troubleshoot. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a problem report.

Hosting and embedded services

The website uses Porkbun hosting and an embedded Kit signup form. Loading a website or embedded service sends technical information such as your IP address and browser details to the relevant provider. Provider logging, cookies and retention settings must be confirmed before this draft is finalized. See Porkbun’s Privacy Policy.

Optional contributions

The yellow support buttons open Buy Me a Coffee in a new tab. Contributions take place on that service. See Buy Me a Coffee’s Privacy Policy for its handling of payment and supporter information. Mosasaur Labs must confirm what supporter information it receives and how long it keeps those records.

Your choices and requests

You may browse and download without joining the newsletter or contributing. Contact Mosasaur Labs to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Items to confirm before publication

• Whether Kit email-open tracking, click tracking or additional subscriber profiling is enabled.
• Actual retention periods for newsletter, support, hosting and supporter records, including any records retained after unsubscribe.
• Google Analytics account retention settings and any services beyond the Google Analytics integration, Kit form and hosting setup.
• Provider data locations, international-transfer arrangements and any additional disclosures or consent controls applicable to the audience.
• The privacy contact, request-handling process and effective date.
